Most AI consulting either over-promises transformation or under-delivers on the human cost. We do neither. The methodology is ours — Cat built it over years of work in public, and we've pressure-tested it in venues where being wrong has consequences.

GroundWire is our R&D arm.

We conduct research to understand the impact of our interactions with AI. We are developing a body of evidence that strongly suggests engaging with AI using our own Dignity Framework can help enhance AI output, improve accuracy, and reduce costs. And we are diving deep on the research of other labs to deeply understand the challenges of collaborating with AI as its capabilities and behaviors emerge from the murky depths of an opaque frontier.
